This Privacy Policy applies to the game ‘The Gardens Between’ developed by The Voxel Agents Pty. Ltd. (‘The Voxel Agents’, defined here as ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) (with Australian Business Number: 87136537865) available through Google Play, Steam, Windows Store, Xbox, PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop and Google Stadia.

The Gardens Between collects game data limited to Game Settings and Progress (graphical quality, haptics settings, controller settings, state of completion of each garden etc) in a Save-Game, and which Achievements you have completed, and stores these accordingly per each platform:

On Android devices: Your Save-Game and achievements are stored on Google service Google Play Games Services. Your control and access to the data stored on Google Play Games Services is governed by your relationship with Google. You can delete your data through your Play Games profile.
On Windows Store and Xbox devices: Your Save-Game and achievements are stored on Microsoft service Xbox. Your control and access to the data stored on Xbox is governed by your relationship with Microsoft. You can manage and delete your data stored on Microsoft servers from their Privacy page.
On PlayStation devices: Your Save-Game and achievements are stored on Sony service PlayStation. Your control and access to the data stored on PlayStation services is governed by your relationship with Sony.
On Google Stadia: Your Save-Game and Achievements are stored on Google service Stadia. Your control and access to the data stored on Stadia is governed by your relationship with Google Stadia.
On Nintendo Switch: Your Save-Game can be stored on the Nintendo Switch service. Your control and access to the data stored on the Nintendo service is governed by your relationship with Nintendo.
On Steam: Your Save-Game and achievements are stored on the Steam service. Your control and access to the data stored on the Steam service is governed by your relationship with Valve. You can delete your data on the Privacy Dashboard.

We do not retain, transmit or store any data on our servers.

The Voxel Agents do not collect any personal information from the game, although if you email The Voxel Agents for support we will collect the personal information that you provide to us. If you contact The Voxel Agents directly for support or any reason, and The Voxel Agents ends up collecting any of your personal information, then The Voxel Agents' privacy policy (https://www.thevoxelagents.com/privacy-policy) will govern the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information.
